Security Supervision & Inspection Saudi Arabia

Most contracts include a minimum of two supervisor visits per week per site. High-risk sites receive more frequent contact. Crucially, not all visits are announced — unannounced checks are a mandatory component of our supervision framework. Guards cannot predict when a supervisor will appear.

A site inspection covers physical security (perimeter, lighting, access points), guard performance assessment, documentation review, HCIS compliance gap analysis if applicable, and a written report with prioritised recommendations. Inspections are conducted before new contracts, after incidents, and as requested by clients.

We measure against five core KPIs: patrol completion rate, incident documentation accuracy, supervisor visit frequency, post fill rate, and quarterly client satisfaction score. Monthly QC reports include performance against all KPIs and any corrective actions taken.

Underperforming guards are identified during supervisor visits and removed from the post at the earliest opportunity that maintains security coverage. A replacement officer is deployed and the client is notified within 24 hours. Persistent conduct issues result in permanent removal from the programme.
