You receive a written proposal with guard count, shift pattern, pricing, and a full scope of service — in English and Arabic.
Once the contract is signed, we mobilise licensed officers to your site — typically within 48–72 hours for most KSA cities.
What Information Helps Us Quote You Accurately
You don't need all of this to start a conversation — but the more you can tell us upfront, the faster we can provide a precise quote:
- Location — city and approximate area (e.g. Riyadh, KAFD district / Jeddah, Corniche area)
- Site type — office, warehouse, compound, construction site, event venue, etc.
- Guard requirement — how many guards, and which shifts (daytime only, 24/7, weekends)

For standard deployments in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, we typically mobilise within 48–72 hours of contract signing. For remote or unusual locations, we may need up to 5–7 business days to arrange logistics. Emergency deployments for critical facilities can sometimes be arranged within 24 hours — contact us directly for urgent requirements.
Yes. If your site requires HCIS-compliant security documentation, we include the scope of HCIS documentation in the proposal — guard licence copies, security plan contribution, daily log format, and incident report templates. HCIS compliance documentation is included in contracts for all industrial and construction site deployments.
Our standard contract is 12 months, which provides the best rates and staffing continuity. We also offer monthly rolling contracts for short-term or transitional requirements — these carry a higher daily rate due to the flexibility premium. Event and project-based security can be contracted on a per-event or per-project basis.
Yes. Multi-site contracts are a standard part of our business. We provide consolidated reporting and a single account manager for multi-site clients.
