Arab Security Guard Services operates a structured field supervision programme. Every deployed guard receives announced and unannounced supervisor visits on a defined schedule. Our field supervisors are experienced, senior officers — not remote desk managers — who physically visit sites, inspect duty logs, review guard conduct, and report findings to both the client and our operations management.

What Field Supervision Involves

• Regular site visits — supervisors visit every active post on a schedule that includes both announced and unannounced checks
• Duty log inspection — reviewing daily activity logs to verify patrols are being conducted and incidents are being recorded correctly
• Guard conduct assessment — checking uniform, equipment, alertness, and professional demeanour during site visits
• Shift handover monitoring — observing shift changes to ensure briefings are conducted properly and no security gap exists at handover
• Client communication — supervisor visits include a brief with the client's facility manager to surface any concerns about guard performance
• Corrective action — underperforming officers are identified, retrained, or replaced following supervisor recommendations

Supervision Reporting

Every supervisor visit generates a written report. Monthly supervision summaries are provided to the client, covering visit frequency, observations, any corrective actions taken, and guard performance trends. This documentation is also used internally for quality management and officer development.
